Rates exclude high speed internet service, activation fee, premium services, Vonage compatible equipment, taxes and shipping. Cancellation without cost within the 30-day Money Back Guarantee period. Disconnection and other fees refunded for customers that qualify for 30-day Money Back Guarantee. For cancellation after the 30-day Money Back Guarantee period and within 2 years from order payment date, a disconnection fee of $49.99 will apply to each line that is cancelled. For cancellation any time after the 30-day Money Back Guarantee period and before 12 months from the date of subscription a rebate recovery fee is charged for each device.
