Easily find phone numbers with Vonage Click-2-Call.

Stop struggling to remember phone numbers! With Click-to-Call, you can conveniently select the number you want to call from any of your computer programs, like Microsoft Excel or Outlook. This feature even installs a button in Outlook that you can click on to call any contact in your address book. Just pick up the phone after selecting the number and the Click-to-Call feature will automatically dial for you.

If you're in the middle of a project at your desk and want to quickly dial a number that isn't stored on your computer, you can manually enter the number using Click-to-Call too!

How to Use Click-to-Call

Installing Click-to-Call is easy! All you need is Microsoft Windows 98 SE, NT 4.0, 2000, XP, or 2003.

  • 1. Download click2call.exe
  • 2. Click on the "Start" button
  • 3. Select "Programs"
  • 4. Select the Vonage folder
  • 5. Select "Vonage Click-to-Call"
  • 6. Check for the Click-to-Call icon on your toolbar

Next, to call a number in any computer program:

  • 1. Find and click on the number you want to call. You can also select multiple numbers
  • 2. Click on the Click-to-Call icon on your toolbar or the F6 key
  • 3. Enter the same username and password you use to login to your Vonage Online Account
  • 4. Click on the "Login" button
  • 5. In "From," select the line you want to call from
  • 6. In "Number," select the number you want to call
  • 7. Click on the "Place Call" button
  • 8. Pick up your Vonage phone and wait for your party to answer

To manually enter the number you want to call:

  • 1. Click on the Click-to-Call icon on your toolbar or the F6 key
  • 2. Enter the same username and password you use to login to your Vonage Online Account
  • 3. Click on the "Login" button
  • 4. In "From," select the line you want to call from
  • 5. In "Number," enter the number you want to call
  • 6. Click on the "Place Call" button
  • 7. Pick up your Vonage phone and wait for your party to answer
