How to Use International & Directory Assistance Block

To Allow International Calling from your Vonage Online Account:

  • 1. Login to your Vonage Online Account
  • 2. Click on the "Features" link
  • 3. In "International Calling," select the line you want to allow international calling on
  • 4. Click on the "Configure" button
  • 5. Select "Enable"
  • 6. Click on the "Submit" button

To Block International Calls from your Online Account:

  • 1. Login to your Vonage Online Account
  • 2. Click on the "Features" link
  • 3. In "International Calling," select the line you want to block international calling on
  • 4. Click on the "Configure" button
  • 5. Select "Disable"
  • 6. Click on the "Submit" button

      • To Allow Directory Assistance Calling from your Vonage Online Account:

      • 1. Login to your Vonage Online Account
      • 2. Click on the "Features" link
      • 3. In "Directory Assistance Calling," select the line you want to allow Directory Assistance calls on
      • 4. Click on the "Configure" button
      • 5. Select "Enable"
      • 6. Click on the "Submit" button

          • To Block Directory Assistance Calls from your Online Account:

          • 1. Login to your Vonage Online Account
          • 2. Click on the "Features" link
          • 3. In "Directory Assistance Calling," select the line you want to block Directory Assistance calls on
          • 4. Click on the "Configure" button
          • 5. Select "Disable"
          • 6. Click on the "Submit" button
