Take control of your Vonage experience.

Vonage Online Account lets you manage your Vonage account yourself, just by logging on. Easily check recent calling activity by clicking on the Activity link, or edit your billing information and access your current bill by clicking on Billing. Select Features, and it's up to you when you want to turn on-or off-features like Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, and Anonymous Call Block.

Want to read a transcript of your voicemail while on-the-go? You can do that too! Plus, with the Add-ons link, you have one-click access to valuable add-on features like Virtual Phone Numbers, where family, friends, and clients outside of your local calling area can call you for the cost of a local call. Vonage Online Account puts you in control of the countless preferences and features that Vonage offers with your service-from any computer.

Accessing your Vonage Online Account is easy!

  • 1. Visit www.vonage.ca
  • 2. Enter your username and password (sent with your Vonage welcome email)
  • 3. If you want to reset your password, visit https://secure.vonage.ca/webaccount/public/resetPassword.htm

Forgot your password? No problem!

  • 1. Visit www.vonage.ca
  • 2. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link
  • 3. Enter your username and email address
  • 4. Click on the "Submit" button
