Our Never Miss a Call mobility features — including Call Forwarding, Simultaneous Ring, Follow Me, Voicemail and Do Not Disturb — giving you the ability to choose how to route calls when you’re away from the office.How Never Miss a Call works
Simply log into your User Portal, Desktop App or Mobile App and then select and enable a Never Miss a Call feature. Select Call Forwarding, for example, to forward your office extension’s incoming calls to a pre-designated phone number.
